Through hard work and dedication, Heather was promoted five years later to a Home Supervisor. In 2020, Heather worked with the then Residential Director in creating a new position, Residential Manager. This new position assisted with increasing the quality of care and accountability within our residential department. In 2022, Heather earned the Residential Coordinator position where she overseas all of the Residential Department programs and works closely with the Residential Manager and agency RN. Heather has a passion for WCP and the individuals we support and is consistently looking for ways to better the quality of life of those in our residential program.
Heather’s ability to engage and motivate individuals with various needs has been instrumental in helping reach their goals and live a meaningful life. She ensures that support is extended to include an individual’s family, guardian and/or support system. Heather also supports our athletes at local and state Special Olympic games.
In her time off, Heather enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
