About the Program
Warren County Pathfinders provides transportation through Medicaid Waivers for several of our programs and services. Participants in the Adult Day Program receive daily, round-trip transportation, and individuals who reside in our ISL Homes or who receive In-Home Services have full access to transportation as needed for community trips, appointments, and outings. Transportation is also provided for FREE for all out-of-town events that take place within our Social Recreation Program, including Special Olympic games and events that occur out of state.
WCP currently has multiple 15-passenger vans, multiple minivans, and a bus for individuals utilizing our programs and services.
