Chris Cohen

Chris began employment with WCP as our Lead Van Driver in October 2022.  Under the direction of our Transportation Coordinator, Chris helps oversee the transportation program, including supervision/coordination of the van drivers and maintenance of the vehicle fleet.

Prior to working at WCP Chris was the Executive Director for a long-term care provider in Wisconsin where he held several different positions throughout his career serving the geriatric, developmentally disabled, brain-injured and mental health populations.  Chris also served as a Director on the Board of the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association where he participated on the Legislative Committee advocating on behalf of the individuals he served, as well as the Education Committee where he routinely served as a speaker at seminars and conferences.

As a native of St. Louis, Chris relocated back to the area after having resided in Wisconsin for 35 years.  Chris is married and has twins, a boy and girl.  He is very involved in supporting their education and extracurricular activities.  He is an avid sports fan with a passion for the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues and Green Bay Packers.  He enjoys playing recreational tennis and he is also a car enthusiast and enjoys attending car shows throughout the Spring and Summer.
