Dillen Mayfield

Dillen began his employment with WCP in May 2022 as a DSP in Choices Day Program. Dillen has since moved up and taken over the role as Choices Day Program manager where he has held this role since November of 2023. In the manager role, Dillen helps facilitate the day-to-day operation of Day Program as we as writes and implements consumer goals while attending Day Program.

Dillen got his start in this field through volunteering with Special Olympics in 2008. After graduation, Dillen began working for Special Olympics as a Program Coordinator helping run sporting competitions throughout the St. Louis Metro area. After being in the role for a year and a half, Dillen changed roles and took the title of Unified Champion Schools Coordinator where he worked with schools around Missouri to build inclusion through school engagement, inclusive groups, and unified sports. While being involved with Special Olympics, Dillen has had the honor the travel the country competing in USA games in 2018 and 2022, along with speaking at the National Association of Student Council conference.

In his free time, You can see Dillen supporting St.Louis City SC in his Wonderbread shirt. Dillen also likes to play disc golf, travel, and spend time with his family. Dillen also loves to bother Katie Taylor.
