Kelli Adcock
Kelli joined our WCP team in November of 2020 as the Director of Day Habilitation Services. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Kelli’s previous experience has included, operating the day-to-day responsibilities of Residential Services, ISLA services, and out of home Respite as well as a Service Coordinator for Missouri Department of Mental Health.
Kelli attended Maryville University and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010. However, instead of seeking a nursing position, Kelli began her journey supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and her love and dedication has grown from there. Kelli’s passion is supporting others in achieving their goals and living their BEST life. Since beginning with WCP, Kelli has grown the day program service significantly in those attending but most importantly, increasing the quality of services provided. Kelli is an instrumental piece in the success of WCP.
Kelli is a certified TOOLS instructor and believes by building positive relationships with others and offering choices increases the chances of success.
Kelli comes with an abundance of knowledge with DMH and Medicaid Waiver and is eager to ensure those we support are gaining skills and doing what is meaningful for them.
