Kim Hill

Program Manager

Kim came to WCP in February of 2023. Following a 23-year career in a manufacturing setting, she trained and obtained her license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Practicing with adults for 10 years in rehab, assisted living and home health settings increased her knowledge and passion for helping people to meet their personal goals. She strives to assist people in managing their mental and physical well-being to be able to live the most productive, meaningful, and independent lives possible.

Kim is married, has 2 grown daughters, 2 parakeets named Opal & Pearl and a dog named Angus. In her spare time, she enjoys live music, gardening/plants, and thrifting.
