Lee Newman
Personal Assistant Coordinator
Lee began employment with WCP in 2001. In his role as Personal Assistant Coordinator, Lee assists close to 20 individuals who work at TEMCO Sheltered Workshop, with their employment goals. Based on an individual’s support plan, assistance can include, improving work related tasks, soft skills, problem solving, critical thinking, behavior management, following a schedule and more. The goal of a personal assistant is to help an individual overcome any situation or challenge that puts their success of employment at risk.
Lee is married with three adult children, each of whom have two children of their own. He has worked at several jobs over the years, including farmer, real estate agent, and running a small landscaping business. In his spare time Lee likes to be read, learn, be outside and garden.
