Robin Kuhlmann

Director of Development

Robin A. Kuhlmann was named the Director of Development of the Warren County Pathfinders in Warrenton, MO in November 2022.  Her responsibilities include Fund Development, Grant Writing, Community Presence, Communications and Marketing in Warren County and surrounding communities.

Prior to Warren County Pathfinders Robin was the Director of Viability, Inc. in Oklahoma for 7 years.  Her responsibilities included leadership, employment development and training in the state of Oklahoma, development of the Business Advisory Committee and expansion of Community Thrift and Gift into the Enid Community.  Robin was also the Executive Director of the Cimarron Valley Chapter of the American Red Cross in Enid, Oklahoma for over 14 years with expanded coverage in 2011 to include the Cherokee Strip Chapter in Blackwell, OK.  Her responsibilities were leadership, fund development and Board development covering the counties of Alfalfa, Blaine, Garfield, Grant, Major and Western Kay.  Under her leadership as the Executive Director in FY2006 the Cimarron Valley Chapter was awarded the Highly Performing Chapter award and was recognized by the Southwest Service Area with the Reach Award for the most improved Chapter standards.

Actively involved in the community, Robin is a graduate of the Blackwell Leadership class in 2013 and Enid Leadership class in 2014.  Currently she serves on the Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Member, Marthasville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors Secretary, and Wright City Area Chamber of Commerce as a Business Member.  Robin served as a former Enid AM Too AMBUCS Service Committee Chair, Board Member, and Member; OK APSE Vice President and Board Member; Enid Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Department of Rehabilitation Services Business Advisory Board Member, Main Street Enid Secretary and Board Member, United Way of Enid & NW Oklahoma Board of Director, OK APSE Board Secretary, and United Way of Blackwell Board of Directors Vice-Chair.  Robin also served as former Chair for the Federations of Red Cross Executives in Oklahoma (F.O.R.C.E), Chair for the Oklahoma Executive Directors Leadership board and Secretary for the Local Garfield County Emergency Management Committee. 

Robin is a graduate of Northern Oklahoma College in Enid, OK with an Associates of Science in Business Administration and Accounting.  Robin has one son, Andrew which currently lives in Oklahoma City, OK and three stepdaughters Breanna, Baylee and Skyler which all live in Texas.  Robin is married to Roger Kuhlmann and live on a farm in New Haven, MO.
